# How-To Steps:
01 - In a small bowl, stir together chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
02 - Add sliced chicken breasts to a large bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle evenly with the seasoning mixture. Toss until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
03 - Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, tossing occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken to a plate and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, add red, yellow, and green bell peppers along with red onion. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often, until vegetables are tender and lightly charred. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 additional minute.
05 - Return cooked chicken to the skillet with the sautéed peppers and onion. Squeeze in the juice of 1 lime and toss to blend. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes until evenly warmed.
06 - In a separate small bowl, whisk together sour cream, lime zest, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
