06 - Gently drizzle or spoon melted chocolate on top to create a thin, solid layer.
07 - Serve immediately. Crack the chocolate layer with a spoon or straw and stir before drinking.

# Helpful Tips:

01 -
  • The contrast of hot espresso meeting cold milk creates this gorgeous temperature gradient that feels luxurious
  • Watching peoples faces when they crack the chocolate for the first time never gets old
02 -
  • If your chocolate layer keeps sinking, the milk or espresso might be too hot. Let everything cool properly before assembling.
  • Work fast once the chocolate is melted because it starts setting up quickly and becomes impossible to drizzle.
03 -
  • Chill your glasses in the freezer for ten minutes before assembling. This keeps everything colder longer and makes the chocolate set faster.
  • Use a spoon held upside down to drizzle the chocolate. Pour over the back of the spoon to control the flow and create those perfect thin lines.
