03 - Spoon 1 to 2 teaspoons of chocolate fudge mixture into the bottoms of popsicle molds.
04 - Carefully pour or spoon vanilla frappuccino mixture over fudge layer, filling molds nearly to the top.

06 - Run the outside of molds briefly under warm water to release pops. Serve immediately.

# Helpful Tips:

01 -
  • They taste like a fancy coffee shop treat but cost a fraction of what you'd pay for the real thing.
  • The combination of smooth vanilla and rich fudge keeps you coming back for just one more bite.
  • Zero baking required, which means more time enjoying summer and less time sweating in the kitchen.
02 -
  • If your popsicle molds don't have built-in sticks, wait until the mixture is partially frozen (about 2 hours) before inserting sticks, or they'll tip over.
  • The sweetened condensed milk is crucial—it prevents your pops from turning into solid ice blocks and keeps them creamy when you bite into them.
03 -
  • Quality espresso powder mixed with hot water works just as well as brewed coffee and gives you more control over the flavor intensity.
  • Swirling a small amount of the fudge layer through the vanilla mixture creates a beautiful marbled effect and helps distribute chocolate flavor throughout the pop.
