# How-To Steps:
01 - Line a small microwave-safe plate or shallow bowl with parchment paper.
02 - Place the mini marshmallows in the center and evenly distribute chocolate chips over them.
03 - Heat on high for 30 to 45 seconds until marshmallows puff and chocolate chips become glossy but not fully melted.
04 - If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts or sprinkles on top.
05 - Serve immediately with spoons while warm and gooey.
