# How-To Steps:
01 - Rinse all citrus fruits thoroughly under cold running water.
02 - Using a sharp chef’s knife, slice each fruit into thin, even rounds approximately 1/8 inch thick, removing any seeds.
03 - Optionally, dip selected slices lightly into granulated sugar to create a sparkling finish.
04 - Place the citrus slices on a serving plate or tray and refrigerate until ready to use.
05 - Garnish each mocktail by placing one or two citrus slices on the glass rim, floating on top of the drink, or pairing with mint leaves.
