# How-To Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, sliced bell peppers, and red onion with olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and optional chili flakes. Toss until evenly coated.
03 - Spread the seasoned vegetables evenly on the prepared sheet pan in a single layer. Nestle the sausages among the vegetables.
